BOW was built renovating a 20 years old factory, which in Bali time is very old, as at that time Batubelig was a dirt road. BOW is the Arch, and also the Ark. Flexibility and longevity is their motto.
Using the concept of BOW as “Best Of World” for their food selection, from Pan-Asian to Caribbean cuisine, healthy to vegan, using only fresh and mainly local ingredients, organic as much as possible, for the daily preparation.
For those wishing to take-away, BOW also offers a mini deli where you’ll find homemade and imported products, fruits & vegetables, and wines at very affordable prices. Every Friday it’s BOW ‘s Apero Market where you can taste and buy directly from various food producers, all based in Bali. Cheeses, cold cuts, breads, wines, etc. consume on the spot or take it home.
