On March 25th, Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique will host a ZERO WASTE DINNER for EARTH HOUR. Chef Blake Thornley will be collaborating with guest Chef Wayan Kresna Yasa, Chef-owner of Home by Chef Wayan in Pererenan.
The two chefs will present a 6-course tasting menu with cocktails and natural wines all focused on using sustainable ingredients from Bali and not wasting a single thing.
