Co-founder Joshua Adjodha and Chef Alejandro Montano, inspired by several cuisines worldwide and cooking
techniques from Latin America to Asia, has created a small plates menu through bright raw and cured seafood dishes
such as the vibrant Tuna Tostada with its rich guacamole, and Ceviche Mixto, made from fresh fish, octopus, cilantro,
Leche de Tigre. One of highlight of The Yard dishes are FOB Pork Ribs, fine Barbequed ribs with charred scallions
and Jerk sauce.

Cocktail’s lovers will find a selection originated from around the world but with The Yard’s twist. For instance,
The Yard’s Whisky Sour —a blend of bold bourbons, lemon, orange, ginger & maple syrup -, or the Coconut Margarita,
made from tequila, coconut liqueur, coconut milk & lime juice. Delightful concoctions! One can simply go for
the classic fresh-picked Whole Coconut from the member of the Balinese beach palm tree family, among many
regular non-alcoholic drinks.
