Viña Tabalí at Spice by Chris Salans


Spice by Chris Salans will present a special wine pairing dinner in collaboration with Tabali Winery of Chile,
on 11 November 2019.

Viña Tabali started its vineyard plantings in 1993 in the Limari Valley, in Northern Chile. Being close to
the Atacama Desert, less than 30km of the Pacific Ocean, clear skies with warm days and cool nights,
makes it a unique terroir for vines to produce premium and super-premium wines.

Distinct regional characters and Limari expression is what to expect with Tabali’s wines. By growing healthy vines,
a meticulous grapes selection adapted to the soil and climate and up-to-date winemaking techniques, the wine
production is of the highest quality, pleasing wine lovers around the world. The characteristic, elegance, complexity
and precision in the interpretation of different terroir makes these wines unique and genuine.




The 4-course set menu, crafted for the occasion by Chef-Owner Chris Salans, will be one of a kind wine pairing
dinner in Ubud. Salans’ philosophy, always been to highlights local fare and produce and even more so at
Spice by Chris Salans. The wines have been meticulously paired by Chef Salans and the Director Asia-Pacific
of Tabali Winery, Mr Federico, who will be at the dinner to introduce each and every wine to the lucky diners.
