Culinarily educated by their Amatxu (Mother) and Amuma (Grandmother), who taught them how to combine each dish, quality, healthy products, taste, and passion, Akua de Bilbao continuously seeks the best and freshest local products grown and produced in Bali, prepared with the same know-how as their ancestors.
