CasCades Restaurant & Bar is the Viceroy Luxury Resort's restaurant, having opened more than 16 years ago and is considered an original Ubud destination, serving genuine cuisine against a backdrop of striking jungle views. Located 5 minutes’ drive from the centre of Ubud, perched atop the luscious Valley of the Kings, it provides a welcoming Indonesian or Western dining experience in a unique setting.

Cascades is an idyllic location to soak in the beauty of Ubud’s jungle over a long, enjoyable lunch. Have a cocktail at the bar before indulging in a luxurious Royal Rijsttafel tasting plate or perhaps a Wild Mushroom & Truffle Risotto from the Western side of the menu, with much of the produces coming from their own organic gardens and greenhouse. Cascades produces bold and honest gourmet dishes and has an impressive wine list, both of which are ideal for long lunches and relaxing dinners.
