This is an interactive dining experience with Peruvian Guest Chef, Jaime Arbulu in celebration of Peruvian National Day.

A four-hands dinner created by two Peruvian chefs; Chef Jaime Arbulu and Chef Eduardo Montes is bringing diners an assortment of Peruvian classics ranging from an appetizer, two main dishes and one dessert. Starts from the native appetizer, Causa to Peru’s best-loved dish, Lomo Saltado, continued with the renowned slow cooked dish, Beef Cheek Stew and a sweet closure with a well-known dessert from the nineteenth century in Lima, Suspiro a la limeña.

For 6 days, we will feature a special a la carte menu created by Chef Jaime Arbulu. The guests will experience a taste of Peru with classic Peruvian flavors in the a la carte menu, including two starters, two main dishes and two desserts. From Cebiche to Causa, Lomo Saltado to Aji De Gallina. Chef Jaime Arbulu will bring the soul foods of Peruvian cuisine to diners here at Above Eleven.
