On Tuesday, 24 September 2019, Hatten Wines is honouring one of the biggest culinary icons, Anthony Bourdain. Celebrating his life’s work through an event called Hatten Wines Tribute to Anthony Bourdain, a charity event, raising funds for Solemen Indonesia and Sumba Hospitality Foundation, featuring 12 of Bali’s top chefs, including 2 celebrity chefs Marinka and Farah Quinn, along with the host Chef Chris Salans.
Mozaic Restaurant in Ubud, Bali will present a 4-hands dinner with Julien Royer, chef-founder of Odette restaurant, Singapore – voted #1 best restaurant in Asia – and Chris Salans, Chef-owner of Mozaic, on 20 September 2019. The chefs will create dishes from their childhood memories in France using ingredients such as Kaluga Imperial caviar and Miyasaki Kobe beef.
On 13 September 2019 there will be a special night event, called Arak & Spice 3.0. A guest mixologist — Haris Jarrot from Sake No Hana — will create 4 cocktails to be paired with 4 modern Indonesian dishes from chef-owner Chris Salans himself. The drinks will incorporate high-quality Arak and Brem furnished by the local producer Dewi Sri Company.
