A brilliant French holiday is coming up soon. Mozaic Restaurant is preparing for a brilliant French holiday celebration on 14 July, Bastille Day, with a special dinner menu. The 6- or 8-course set will offer classic French dishes tuned to the tropics with Mozaic’s signature flair. Wine pairing will feature premium all-French Grand Cru wines.
A great party is coming up on 28th June 2019 to celebrate the 18th anniversary of Mozaic Restaurant – an evening of wine, dining, and live entertainment by the international choreographer and performer Jasmine Obuko and her performing group Kita Poleng. Chef Chris Salans will be in the kitchen himself cooking favorite dishes from the menu at Mozaic over the past 18 years. Seating is for 60 persons only, reservations are strongly advised.

Spice by Chris Salans, Bikini and Dewi Sri distillery will hold the second of the series of “Arak and Spice” mixology collaboration event on 7 June 2019 at Spice by Chris Salans in Ubud, Bali. The guest celebrity mixologist is Arey Barker, head mixologist of Bikini restaurant and bar in Seminyak, Bali. Alongside Master Chef Chris Salans and in-house mixologist Bili Yoga Wirawan, the dynamic trio will create a 4-course menu with cocktail pairings all based on Arak (palm spirit) and Brem (rice wine), Bali’s traditional ritual libations.
