The menu reflects a multinational mix of dishes, from north to south of the country. Overseeing the kitchen is chef Zhang Wei, a Chinese Malaysian native who cooks up all the classics in splendid form, including Peking Duck, a variety of classic Dim Sum, live seafood, an exquisite Szechuan’s mapo tofu and a noodle selection in all its lovely guises, among a larger number of specialities.
