The founders of Viceroy Bali, fashion enthusiasts themselves, drew inspiration from this time for the bar's name. Sustainability is a priority at Pinstripe. The bar program utilizes leftover ingredients from the kitchen, minimizing waste. Guests can even book a cocktail masterclass with Panji, which includes a garden tour, industry secrets, and delectable canapés.
